    It starts with trauma.
    And it ends here.

When trauma is understood, healing becomes possible.

We believe unresolved trauma is at the root of much of humanity’s suffering.
At TraumaCCA, we’re redefining how healing is approached—bridging the gap between the clinical world and the faith community.
Here, you’ll find a new path—one that honors both the rigor of evidence-based psychology and the restorative power of faith.

Compassionate Trauma Care from Lived Experience and professional expertise.

We know how heavy trauma can feel—because we’ve carried it ourselves. As a husband-and-wife team, our own journey through pain, healing, and resilience shapes everything we do.

If you’re feeling isolated, unseen, or like a nobody— you’re not alone. We understand how hard it is to find someone who truly gets it. That’s why we created this space: to offer support that’s real, honest, and grounded in experience.

Here, you’ll find more than just therapy. Whether you’re drawn to personalized EMDR sessions, our Healing Pathways, or immersive workshops and retreats, we walk beside you with heart and authenticity.

Healing isn’t just our profession—it’s personal. We’re here to listen, to support, and to remind you: you don’t have to do this alone.

    Healing for the Whole Person

Where Compassion, Faith, and Science Come Together

At TraumaCCA, we believe true healing addresses the whole person—spirit, soul, body, and relationships. Trauma affects every layer of life, and lasting transformation requires more than just managing symptoms. That’s why our approach is deeply trauma-informed, clinically grounded, and spiritually integrated—from the very first session.

We don’t separate faith and psychology; we bring them together. Our healing model is built on the belief that evidence-based therapy and Biblical wisdom both offer essential insight into the human experience. Whether we’re engaging in somatic work, exploring core beliefs, or integrating spiritual practices, every part of the process is designed to support healing at every level.

This is a space for healing, discovery, growth, identity, and restoration—where your story is honored, your faith is respected, and your capacity for change is fully supported.

    A Trauma-Informed Healing Model

The Four Streams of Wholeness: Spirit, Soul, Body, & Relationships

The Four Streams are deeply interconnected, each one shaped by the wounds or healing of the others. Capable of either deepening brokenness or cultivating wholeness.

This model of integration honors the complexity of trauma recovery and emphasizes the need for a whole-person approach. True transformation happens when we tend to all four streams with compassion, consistency, and care. It’s not just about fixing symptoms—it’s about restoring the inner alignment of spirit, soul, and body while nurturing relationships that help us feel safe, seen, and supported.

    The Power of Safe Spaces

When trauma meets trust, healing begins. Before progress comes safety — the safety to feel, to process, to rebuild. These stories reflect what happens when trust is restored.

“Honestly, I didn’t even think I had trauma. I just thought I was bad at life. Hearing someone explain the nervous system stuff…it made everything click.”

    How I Help

I offer individual counseling grounded in trauma-informed care, designed to support healing across the whole person—emotionally, physically, and relationally. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, unresolved trauma, spiritual disconnection, or relationship challenges, my role is to help you uncover what’s beneath the surface and build a sustainable path forward.

Our work together focuses on creating safety, clarity, and real movement—not just coping. Sessions may include talk therapy, body-based interventions, and evidence-based trauma modalities tailored to your needs.

I draw from the following approaches:

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – to help reprocess traumatic memories and reduce emotional reactivity
    • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – to explore and heal the parts of you that carry pain, protect, or feel stuck
    • Restoration Therapy – to integrate emotional regulation with clear identity and relationship work
    • Somatic practices & breathwork – to release trauma stored in the body and regulate the nervous system
    • Attachment and relational work – to rebuild trust, safety, and healthy patterns in relationships
    • Faith integration (when desired) – to explore spiritual meaning, healing, and hope as part of your process

This is a space where healing happens gently but deeply—with support that honors your story, respects your pace, and believes in your capacity to grow.

    How I help

Trauma touches every part of life—spirit, soul, body, and relationships. But it does not define you.
At TraumaCCA, we believe healing must engage the whole person. Trauma isn’t just stored in the mind—it’s felt in the body, embedded in relationships, and often tied to deep spiritual wounds. As a trauma-informed pastoral counselor, I work at the intersection of clinical insight and Biblical wisdom, helping people name what’s underneath the surface and begin the process of true, integrated healing.

I design and lead programs, cohorts, and resources that go far beyond symptom management. We uncover core wounds, disrupt cycles rooted in unprocessed pain, and engage both evidence-based tools and spiritual disciplines to support lasting transformation. This includes opportunities for group learning, personal reflection, and spiritual growth—all while staying grounded in the realities of trauma science and the hope of faith.

For those seeking a more personalized path, I also offer individual sessions that integrate trauma-informed pastoral counseling with breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation techniques—all within a safe, spiritually aware environment. These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore inner balance, and experience healing not just mentally, but emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Healing is possible. You can move forward with balance, clarity, and intention—rooted in truth, grounded in safety, and held by grace.
