Trauma CCA keeps the public website deliberately light on personal data.
The site is used for public information, educational programs, and aggregate website measurement. It is not a psychotherapy intake database.
Clinical contact and scheduling
The website does not use a psychotherapy inquiry form. Scheduling is handled through Headway or by calling the practice. The site may count aggregate use of those options, but the first-party analytics system does not store the identity of the person who clicked or the content of a clinical inquiry.
First-party analytics
Trauma CCA uses aggregate, first-party measurements to understand which public pages are read and which site actions are used. The system is designed without analytics cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, session replay, keystroke recording, or form-content analytics.
Measurements may include page views, referring domain, Headway and phone-link clicks, program-registration clicks, Priority Openings links, 404 requests, and aggregate security events. Referrer measurement stores the referring domain rather than the full URL.
Priority Openings
The public WordPress site does not store a psychotherapy waitlist or a database of client scheduling preferences. Client-identifying scheduling information stays in the clinical workflow.
Educational programs
If you join an interest list for a Trauma CCA educational program, the site may store your first name, email address, consent timestamp, program, and subscription status. These forms do not ask for clinical information and include an unsubscribe option.
External services
Headway, Psychology Today, 988, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices. Following an external link takes you outside Trauma CCA’s website.
Questions
Questions about website privacy can be raised through the non-clinical contact options on this site. Please do not include sensitive clinical information.
